Parcels for GLS ParcelShops cannot weigh more than 20kg. The circumference + longest side of the parcel must not exceed 300 cm. The length must not exceed 200 cm.
A parcel waiting to be picked up by the customer can remain in the ParcelShop for 7 calendar days.

Printers

421D with USB to 2050 kr. eksl. VAT.
Zebra ZD421D with net card to 2600 kr. eksl. VAT.
Zebra ZD220 with USB to 1400 kr. eksl. VAT.
Zebra ZD230 with net card til 1950 kr. eksl. VAT.

The format of a standard GLS-label printed on a Zebra printer is A6 - this means 4x6 inches or 101,6 x 152,4 mm.
Labels for our recommended printers can be bought at GLS. To buy them, log in to our customer portal with your login to YourGLS. If you have questions about size or anything else, please contact our sales department.
It is not necessary to have a label printer. You can easily print on a regular a4-printer that can be adapted to the A6-format. You can alternatively fold a piece of A4-paper. If you need plastic holders to attach the label to the parcel, you can buy these through our customer portal (use your login for YourGLS) or our Sales Department.
Find ”Devices and printers” under the Control Panel on a Windows-PC. Find your label printer and right click. Choose Printer properties. On the tab ”General” choose ”Settings” on the bottom. Under ”Paper format” set the size to inches and write 4 ind width and 6 in height. . If it is in millimeters, the numbers are 101,6 in width and 152,4 in height.

If the zip code does not work in the system, it is most likely a business zip code or a ”post box”-zip code. You must find the zip code fitting to the street address that you want the parcel sent to.

You can use www.postnummerservice.se, to your advantage when dealing with Swedish addresses in order to find the correct zip code.

You can use www.bring.no for your advantage for Norway..

You customer will get a notification with Flex, if the parcel is to be delivered to another country that offer FlexDeliveryService.
